https://TopFitnessStrategies.com When it comes to working out, longer doesn't always mean better. Have you ever asked a trainer, "How long should my workouts be?" That's a question which comes up a lot in the fitness world. A common response would be, "depends on what you want to get accomplished." I have a wee bit of a different take on it. I would say "depends on what you want to get accomplished DURING the workout." If you could do the same workout in 30 minutes that you can in 90 minutes, which would you rather do?
